The topic of ‘Creating Your Own Reality’ is HOT…..because
we are becoming more aware of how even just our words, what
we say, can make or break our day – and even life events!

Our words are utilized in two ways – both of which are ‘potent’.

1 – When we speak

If you are aware of energy then you know that sound carries a frequency, and words are sound. Positive words and statements are a higher frequency than negative words and statements.

When using positive words you are more likely to attract more positive (this is NOT like a magnet where it attracts the opposite – it is more like the Law of Similars).

Be aware of the words and phrases you share with others – they impact YOU more than other people.

2 – When we write / email / text

The written word has an energy and delivers the energy of the ‘intention’ behind what is written.

Yes, it’s hard reading the energy in emails and texts, etc because it can often be misinterpreted – but try this:
– if you get an email or text and you are not sure what it says – try to feel what the writer/sender’s intention was behind it – sense it first and then read it – it might make it more clear! (Then you can check it out with them the next time you talk!)
